Cool Shield Structure is more than just an effective aisle containment system, it is a support structure for all of your server cabinet infrastructure. Unlimited configurability allows for systems customized for your unique application.

The Cool Shield Structure solution is the ultimate multi-tasker. The robust and versatile solution is capable of much more than containing airflow to seriously reduce the cooling requirements of your data center or server room. The self-supported structure features several mounting options for integrating numerous infrastructure items including cable trays, power busways, vesda piping, lighting and much more. This functionality eliminates the need to build out and expensive support grid system or ceiling system above your server cabinets.

A key differentiating feature of the Cool Shield structure is the integrated mounting capabilities. Each side of the robust 4” square post features multiple threaded channels which accept standard  -20 screws. This allows easy attachment of numerous brackets to create an unlimited number of configurations. They also allow for simple mounting of lighting, piping, threaded rod or nearly anything else. One side of the post also features a standard strut profile to accept spring nuts and other hardware for typical installation of cable trays and busbars.
